Brìgh - Milling Frolic

Picture
Taken from the Gaelic word meaning "essence" or "energy", Tracey MacNeil's group, "Brìgh," features music, dance, stories and humour that is unique to Gaelic Nova Scotia.  A two fold program that involves a 6 month mentorship in many components of Gaelic culture, youth spend time together learning and socializing, looking forward to summer months when this professional culmination of educational time hits the stage at the 60th annual Broad Cove Concert.

Youth are exposed to and mentored in various unique elements of Gaelic culture including language, song, story-telling, dance, and fiddling to mention but a few.  Brìgh is a program that is well rounded, well focused and will be a pleasure for all to enjoy this July 31st.
